OIP-21 is out, starting in 23 hours on Nov 26, 2021, 12:00 PM, ending on Dec 4, 2021, 12:00 PM.
It's a simple one, just to start and check the community will to follow the path I have imagined to solve the "Team Finance" issue.
For those of you that don't know the topic, basically there are 200.000 octo sitting in Team Finance that are not controlled by Octo.fi. The only way to solve this is the release of a new octo token exchangeable with the actual one.
The plan to release the new token will be managed by and it will cost 5.000 usd.
Then there will be the cost of the execution of the plan. I will know about it in the next days.
So the OIP-21 is to provide up to 15.000 usd to clean this mess. It doesn't mean that the entire process will cost 15.000 usd, I think it will be way less.
In any case, this is the first step, let see what you guys think about it.
